Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Setflow website and service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

The service

Setflow connects to a coach’s Instagram business account and calendar and uses AI to reply to direct messages, ask qualifying questions, and book calls. The service is currently offered to a limited number of coaches by invitation. We may change, pause, or discontinue features while it is in early access.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email login secure.
• You must have the right to connect the Instagram account and calendar you connect, and you must comply with Meta’s and Google’s terms when you do.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break Meta’s messaging policies.
• Collect or process data from leads without a lawful basis, or in breach of this service’s Privacy Policy.
• Make health, medical, or financial claims that are false or that you are not qualified to make.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

AI-generated content

Replies are generated by AI based on the setup information you provide. They can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your setup, monitoring conversations, and for what is sent to leads from your account. We recommend running in shadow mode first, where drafts are shown to you but not sent.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you provide and the conversations in your account. You give us a licence to store and process it only to provide and improve the service for you. We do not use your conversations to train public AI models, and we never pool one coach’s conversations with another’s.

Setting up and tuning your setter is a done-for-you service. Our team can open your account and read your conversations, including messages from leads, to set the assistant up, check how it is doing, and improve how it writes for you. We do this only for your account, and you can ask us in writing to stop at any time.

If you upload an export of your Instagram direct messages so the assistant can learn how you write, you confirm the export is your own account’s data and that you are entitled to share it with us. We use it only to build and tune your setter. The way we handle and delete it is set out in our privacy policy.

Fees

Early-access pricing is agreed directly with each coach. Where fees apply, they are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes.

Third-party services

The service depends on Meta, Google, Anthropic, and other providers. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make. If a provider withdraws access, some features may stop working.

Termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” during early access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, or indirect losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, email account holders.
